Put the pork into a cooking cup, pour in all the seasonings in seasoning 1 except cornstarch, and smash it with a food processor. Then add cornstarch and mix well.

Take a piece of tin foil, put the meat filling on it, then cover it with a layer of plastic wrap, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin and even thickness. Place the rolled meatloaf into a baking pan, tear off the top layer of fresh-keeping bag, brush with honey water, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds (I use an "ACA" 16L oven, and 100 grams of minced meat is just enough for one plate)

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 6 minutes, then place the reverse side on the grill, brush with honey, and continue to bake for 6 minutes until the meat becomes dry.
