【Homemade Pork Floss】
Overview
Meat floss has many uses. It is an excellent choice for sushi, bread, cakes, fillings, porridge, etc. I have done this several times before, and the process of frying dried pork floss is really a bit painful. Now that we have a bread machine, it is much easier~~ Just cook the meat and throw it into the mixing bucket, and the rest of the work can be left to the hard-working and loyal bread machine guy! It feels really easy, convenient and safe to eat! Homemade pork floss, let’s make it together~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare lean meat, onions and ginger;
-
Wash the lean pork, remove the white fascia, cut it into small pieces, put it into the pot with the ginger slices and green onion segments, and add an appropriate amount of water;
-
After it boils over high heat, change to low heat and cook until it can be easily poked with chopsticks;
-
Remove the lean meat, dry the surface moisture, and let cool;
-
Put the lean meat into a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to roll it into shreds. If there are any lumps, be sure to tear them apart;
-
Put the shredded pork and all the seasonings into the mixing barrel of the bread machine;
-
Select the jam function and wait for the bread machine to finish working;
-
After the time is up, open the lid and decide whether you need to do another procedure based on the condition of the meat floss. Then wait until the cooked meat floss is cooled and then canned and sealed. I used 1 and a half jam procedures for this 500g one.
