Overview
The first time I had hot and sour soup was more than ten years ago. I didn't like sour food at that time. One day I felt unwell and had no appetite for food. I had a bowl of hot and sour soup for work lunch. It was slightly sour and spicy. My appetite suddenly increased. After drinking it, I was sweating a little, and I felt energetic. Vinegar is used to make it sour and pepper is used to make it spicy, refreshing and appetizing!

Prepare the ingredients.
