Steamed Chicken with Ginger and Pumpkin

My classmate gave me a home-grown pumpkin. I happened to have just killed a chicken, and used the good stuff like the chicken legs, wings, and innards to stew three cans of chicken soup. The remaining chicken breasts and other bone-in meat were used to make this steamed dish. Because of the addition of sand ginger, the smell makes your fingers twitch! Shajiang has the effect of regulating qi and warming menstruation, so it can make the qi flow in the body, and the qi will flow and the pain will stop. It also has the function of strengthening the spleen and stomach. Shajiang has a unique fragrance and spicy taste. It can stimulate the secretion of saliva, increase appetite, and plays the role of strengthening the spleen and stomach. Therefore, people with such a loss of appetite can eat it regularly.

Choose the good meat from chicken legs, wings, and innards to stew in chicken soup. The rest are going to be made into a steamed dish.

Prepare a piece of sand ginger, it is sand ginger, not ordinary ginger, its taste is very unique, appetizing and relieving tiredness!
