Banana Cake
Overview
This is an extremely delicious banana cake. It has a soft texture and does not taste dry. It has a strong aroma of banana and butter in the mouth. . . In my mind, it is as good as the chiffon cake! However, after everyone learns, they will never feed those ripe bananas to the trash can again! At least that's what a like-minded relative of mine told me. Every time I make a cake, I don’t want to waste the ripe bananas. I highly recommend this cake, you must try it!

Mix butter and sugar together

Add pudding, crushed banana, vanilla extract and mix well

Sift the flour and baking soda, add salt, mix well, and add to the egg batter in three batches

Pour it into a mold that has been oiled and dipped in flour (3 Sanneng 2070 is just right). Just six to seven minutes full. There are too many in the photo

Finally, put it in the oven for about 50-60 minutes at 180°C, depending on each oven. Take out of the oven, let cool, unmold, slice and eat!
