Overview

Tomato eggs are a favorite dish for children. A little sugar is added to the dumpling filling to neutralize the sour taste of tomatoes. My children don’t like onions, so I added some celery. The sweet and sour dumpling filling has a faint celery fragrance. The mini dumplings are small and cute, suitable for children to eat, one bite at a time.

  2. Add water to the flour and a little salt, and knead it into a slightly doughy dough.

  3. Slightly blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel off the skin and cut into small pieces, chop the celery into fine pieces, fry the eggs and chop them finely.
