Yam glutinous rice cake
Overview
Yam glutinous rice cake is a very delicious breakfast. Not counting the time for steaming yam, it can be served in ten minutes, allowing the family and children to eat a hot snack. If you eat too much glutinous rice flour, it will be difficult to digest. Adding the yam paste makes it less sticky, which helps digestion. It also tastes very good. It tastes like a yam, and the skin is crisp and sweet. You can eat three or five of them at once.
