Shredded potato cake
Overview
Potatoes are very common on my family’s dining table. No matter how they are cooked, the whole family likes to eat them. That day, I made this potato shredded soft pancake for breakfast. It had both vegetables and staple food. It was a good meal and a delicious meal.

Prepare raw materials;

Put the flour into a cooking bowl, add eggs, pepper powder and salt little by little and add water to make a batter;

Cut potatoes and carrots into thin strips with a multifunctional vegetable cutter;

Stir the chopped potatoes and shredded carrots into the batter;

Put a little cooking oil in the pan, and heat the oil to 50%. Use a small spoon to weigh out the batter and put it into the pan. Use the bottom of the spoon to spread the batter evenly, then sprinkle with a few black sesame seeds, and fry until both sides of the pancake are brown.
