Wash and dice the raw materials and set aside. Wash the rice and set aside.

Put the rice evenly into the bottom layer of the rice cooker, and put the various vegetables (except green vegetables) washed and set aside in the first step on top. Gently make four cuts on the tomatoes, split the skin, and add an appropriate amount of water. The amount of water to add depends on your personal preference. Because of the vegetables, I add slightly less water than when cooking rice alone. Add salt, olive oil and cheese.

Turn on the rice cooker. When there are about 5 minutes left to cook, add the chopped green vegetables. After the green vegetables are put into the pot, continue to cook until the rice is completely cooked. Peel the steamed tomatoes. Finally, stir the rice and cooked vegetables evenly and it is ready to serve. The side dishes can be adjusted according to personal preferences. It is convenient, fast, and refreshing.
