Grilled radish
Overview
Radishes are the most economical and affordable in this season. They are also called water radishes in our hometown. They are often served as dipping sauce or cold salad. In fact, the plain roasting is very delicious, and the method is also very simple. There are two key points, one is the use of peppercorns, and the other is to blanch the radishes first, and it is also important to cook them in cold water.
