Wash and debone the chicken legs and set aside.

Wash the zucchini and set aside.

Wash the king oyster mushrooms and set aside.

Cut zucchini into thick slices and set aside.

Marinate boneless chicken thighs with cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar and white pepper for 10 minutes.
