Sweet bean toast
Overview
I saw someone making this two-color toast. It was really beautiful. I hurriedly tried it. I guess the matcha powder was put in too little. The color was not very clear. Fortunately, the red bean circles were quite beautiful. I must remember to add more matcha powder next time.

Knead the dough with oil and ferment it well

Deflate the dough and divide the dough into two parts

Add appropriate amount of matcha powder to one of them

Roll the two pieces of dough into a rectangular shape, stack the matcha dough on top and put a layer of honey red beans on top

Roll it up from one end and put it in a toast box

Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven, put the toast box into the oven, close the ovens for the second fermentation

When it is 9 minutes full, place it in the preheated oven and bake at 165 degrees for 40 minutes
