Appropriate amount of salted kelp.

Wash and soak for 10 to 20 minutes.

Cut into long strips and tie into kelp knots. If you cut it longer, you can tie a few more at a time and then cut them in sections. This is better than tying them one by one.

Tie into a small kelp knot and set aside.

Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add small kelp knots and blanch them for a few minutes.

Remove and cool.

Appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic.

Appropriate amount of millet, pepper and lemon.

Put onion, ginger, garlic, millet, pepper, and lemon in a bowl.

Season with appropriate amount of light soy sauce, mature vinegar, sesame oil, and a little salt.

Pour over the kelp knot.

Soak for a while for better flavor.
