  2. Pour cold water into a pot, boil for 3 minutes, remove and rinse with water

  3. Prepare ginger slices, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, grass fruit and rock sugar

  4. Add additional water to the pot, add chicken feet and spices, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a little dark soy sauce, cook for 25 minutes, and then soak in the marinade for 2 hours
