Stir-fried river shrimp with leeks
Overview
The fresh river shrimps have thin skin and tender meat, and they won’t pierce your mouth when fried. I grew the leeks in flower pots. This dish is delicious as a side dish.

Main raw materials.

Wash and cut the leeks into inch-long sections, cut the dried chili peppers into pieces and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot, add onions, ginger, dried chilies and stir-fry the pot.

When the aroma comes out, stir-fry the river prawns.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt and continue stir-frying until the river shrimps are cooked.

Add the leek segments.

Stir fry evenly.
