Heat rice and water soaked for three hours in a ratio of 1:1.5 over high heat until it boils. Cook on low heat for another 5 minutes until small bubbles appear. Turn the rice over from bottom to top, pour some oil along the edge of the pot, add sausage, bacon and ginger, and finally beat an egg. Cover and cook over high heat for 1 minute, then reduce to low heat for 6 minutes and turn off the heat. Do not open the lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
