Chop the pork into mince.

Wash the chives.

Chop green onions.

Peel, wash and cut the yam into 5mm thick slices and place on a plate.

Heat oil in a pot, add minced meat, add a little salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Serve on a plate.

Spread the chopped pepper on top of the yam.

Drizzle with a swirl of light soy sauce.

Put in the steamer and steam over high heat for 8-10 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
