Wash the bamboo shoots, cut into hob pieces about three centimeters long, shred the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Heat the oil in the wok over high heat, add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry for a while

Pour in one tablespoon of vinegar, two tablespoons of light soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of salt

Pour in the onions, ginger and garlic prepared earlier and continue to stir-fry for two minutes

Pour in appropriate amount of water, preferably warm water

Add an appropriate amount of white pepper, about a teaspoon, then cover the pot and simmer over low heat. After about 20 minutes, when you see that the soup gradually becomes less, turn up the heat to reduce the juice, then add an appropriate amount of seasoning

Turn off the heat and remove from the pot. The color of the dish is golden yellow
