Stir whole wheat flour, water and yeast into a smooth dough and ferment until 2 to 2.5 times

Divide the exhausted air into 12 small balls

Take a piece of dough, flatten it and put on the jujube paste filling

Knead into a round ball

Let the cooked buns rest for 45 minutes

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, put in steamed buns and steam for 10 minutes
