Add sugar, salt, and milk to the eggs and mix well.

Finished product. Please ignore me and take more photos. Tip: There are two ways to make waffles. The first one: There is a way to add baking powder. The second method is the chiffon method, which does not require baking powder and makes it softer. Just beat the egg whites and mix them. I prefer the first one, which is soft and a little tough. The original formula of 100 grams of milk is a bit dry, but through my own practical experiments, adding 30 grams more is just right.
