Overview

I have always liked eating shiitake mushrooms, but my daughter doesn’t seem to be very interested in them. In order to let her eat some shiitake mushrooms, I made this mushroom, egg and meat bowl. The shiitake mushrooms, meat, eggs, and celery are all combined together. It’s also good to eat one with your hands as a snack! !

  1. First remove the stems of the mushrooms and wash them, then soak them face down in salt water to remove dirt.

  6. Then add the egg liquid in the middle of the minced meat, ensuring that the egg liquid does not leak out, and adjust the position of the minced meat at any time.

  7. Then put it in the steamer and steam it for 15 minutes to ensure that all the ingredients are cooked.
