This is my first time making black forest cake, and I didn’t expect it to be so delicious. Wow haha! ! I made a six-inch one, and my husband ate most of it for supper last night. The feeling of satisfaction is unparalleled. .

Here are all the ingredients to make Cocoa Prestige Cake

Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Add oil, 20g sugar, vanilla extract, and milk to egg yolks and stir evenly.

Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the egg yolk batter.

Use a spatula to scrape evenly

Add 30g of sugar to the egg whites three times and beat until the egg whites form an inverted triangle without dripping.

Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste and mix well, then pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining egg whites and mix well.

Pour the batter into a six-inch cake mold

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 5 minutes. Pop out the bubbles from the egg yolk batter and place in the oven for 60 minutes.

Remove the buckle, cool completely and demold

Divide the cake base into three equal parts

Add the sugar to the whipping cream in three batches and beat completely

Take a piece of cake and spread it with cream, spread raisins and jam on top, overlap one by one, and spread all three layers
