Wash and shred the white radish.

Add eggs, salt and flour to shredded white radish.

Add a little water and stir clockwise with chopsticks to form a paste, as shown in the picture.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. When the oil is 60% hot, use chopsticks to pick up a ball of batter and slowly put it into the pot from the edge of the pot. Move slowly so that the oil will not splash around. Fry over medium heat. High heat will cause it to burn easily.

After frying one side until golden brown, use chopsticks to flip the salty food over and fry both sides until golden brown.

Use a slotted spoon to remove the oil, as shown in the picture.
