Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Wash the green vegetables and cut them in half.

Bring water to a boil and add a little cooking oil.

Put the green vegetables into the pot and blanch until medium cooked.

Dish out and set aside.

Heat up another pot, pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add mushroom slices to the pot.

Stir fry over high heat for a while.

Add greens and stir-fry together.

Add chicken essence.

Add light soy sauce.
