Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms, wash and cut with a flower knife.

Remove the roots of the rapeseed, wash it, blanch it in a pot of boiling water and remove it from the code plate. (Put a spoonful of salt and a few drops of oil into a pot of boiling water to taste)

Add chopped green onion to hot pan and sauté until fragrant.
