Overview
I like the soft and chewy texture of mochi bread. It is very delicious and easy to make. You can wake up early and spend an hour eating hot mochi bread that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is quite amazing!

Melt butter in water and cool until lukewarm.

Put the ingredients except black sesame seeds and butter into the same deep pot, mix well, then pour in the butter and continue to mix evenly.
