Simmered Pumpkin Casserole

Ingredients: 400 grams of pumpkin, 600 grams of soy sauce, chicken stock, salt, vegetable oil, 200 grams of green onion, 200 grams of green and red chili pepper, one star anise, 3 white kombo seeds

Cut the pumpkin into large pieces
