Prepare the main ingredients and ingredients.

Get the seasoning ready.

Stir-fry the star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, and dried chili peppers in a dry pot (low heat).

Put the fried diced meat into the rice cooker.

Add sugar, chopped green onion, diced eggplant and diced meat and mix well.

Add an appropriate amount of water and soak about half of the ingredients.

Press the [Cook Button] of the rice cooker and it will automatically jump to the [Keep Warm Button].

The fragrant eggplant meat sauce is ready.
