Egg Fried Pancake
Overview
After finishing the pancake, there is still a small corner left. I happen to have some cabbage at home, so add an egg to make a simple egg pancake. The leftover food will taste better if it is processed.

Cut the leftover cake into shreds, wash and shred the cabbage, and slice the green onions;

Heat the oil pan, when the oil is hot, crack the eggs in and spread them with a spatula;

After the eggs are solidified, push the eggs aside, add the chopped green onions into the pot and stir-fry;

Add cabbage and stir-fry twice, then add a little soy sauce and continue stir-frying;

When the vegetables are almost cooked, place the shredded pancakes on top of the vegetables and add a little water;

Cover and simmer for a while;

Continue to stir-fry, add a little salt, stir-fry until the water is dry, and then take it out of the pot;
