Whole wheat bread
Overview
I used to be very averse to whole-wheat bread. I always felt that it was too rough and dry in the mouth, and it was a bit difficult to swallow. Children even disliked it. I was unwilling to even try whole-wheat bread. However, modern people are paying more and more attention to health. How to create a healthy and delicious bread for the family? This time I used 100% whole wheat bread flour to make it, and because of the addition of dried fruits, it has a unique chewy texture. Not only does it get more fragrant the more you chew it, you can also savor the mellow wheat aroma. It is a healthy bread that is oil-free and low in sugar. Now my children who don’t like whole wheat bread also like this bread that is full of color and flavor!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chop the walnuts with a knife. (You can also use a food processor to smash it.) I like to chop it slightly coarsely with a knife, which makes it more fragrant when eating.
-
Put all the ingredients in the main ingredient into the bread machine and start the dough mixing process. After a program ends, start the dough mixing program again until the dough comes out of the film.
-
Divide 140 grams of dough and roll it into a round shape. Add the raisins and oats in the remaining dough and roll it into a round shape. (Save a little oatmeal and use it on the surface of the dough later)
-
Cover the two rounded doughs with plastic wrap and leave them warm to ferment.
-
Ferment until doubled in size.
-
Remove and deflate the dough, divide the two doughs into two equal parts and round them up, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes.
-
Take a piece of dough with fruit filling and roll it up.
-
Take another piece of dough without the fruit filling and roll it into an oval shape.
-
Place the stuffed dough in the middle of the oval dough and wrap it up.
-
Pinch the seam tightly and place it with the seam facing down. Make two doughs in turn and place them in a warm place for secondary fermentation.
-
Let ferment until doubled in size, spraying water on the surface.
-
Sprinkle the remaining oats and black and white sesame seeds, make a cut with a knife, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, until you see the bread color.
