Squeeze the juice from the oranges and set aside.

After the butter has softened at room temperature, add the caster sugar and stir evenly with a whisk.

Add the egg liquid in three batches and beat quickly evenly, then add the orange juice and continue beating quickly.

Grate in orange peel.

Sift in the cake flour, cornflour and baking powder mixture, followed by the almond flour. Use a rubber spatula to mix slightly in irregular directions.

Add candied orange peel.

Mix gently again.

Pour the batter into the paper mold about 8 minutes full.

Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
