Clean the mushrooms.

Cut the mushrooms into slices and chop the green onions.

Wash and chop coriander.

Heat oil in the pan, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

Add mushroom slices and stir-fry for a while.

Add a little bit of very fresh soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add enough water to simmer.
