  1. Wash the tofu.

  6. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, and sugar to the bowl and mix well.

  7. Add sweet noodle sauce and tomato sauce and stir evenly.

  8. Add appropriate amount of water and mix well to make a bowl of juice.

  9. Heat the oil in the pan, add the onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the tofu into the pan.
