Overview
Soak a few dried shiitake mushrooms in water. Made this tofu stewed with mushrooms. Mushrooms and tofu are both good ingredients. Not only do they have health benefits when paired together, the stewed dishes will also taste great.

Wash the tofu.

Soak the mushrooms and wash them thoroughly.

Boil the tofu in a pot and blanch it, then remove and drain the water.

Cut mushrooms into pieces.

Cut the tofu into cubes.

Add salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, and sugar to the bowl and mix well.

Add sweet noodle sauce and tomato sauce and stir evenly.

Add appropriate amount of water and mix well to make a bowl of juice.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the tofu into the pan.

Pour the juice into the bowl, add appropriate amount of water if necessary, cover the pot and simmer.
