Steps
-
Steam the pumpkin, puree it with a mixer, mix it with flour and yeast, and knead it into a smooth dough.
-
Without fermentation, directly divide the dough into equal-sized dough balls.
-
Take one side of the noodles and roll it into a long strip. Flatten 2/3 of the noodles, roll it out thinly, and brush with oil.
-
Cut along the long side from the middle and roll it up.
-
Use two chopsticks to place each on the dough roll, press down, and pinch it together in the middle.
-
Take out the chopsticks, use a spatula to press out the texture of 1/3 of the unrolled noodles, and cut it along the long side from the middle.
-
As shown in the picture, use the cut noodles to circle the dough roll, pinch it tightly, and arrange it into a heart shape. A beautiful pumpkin heart-shaped flower roll is ready.
-
Place in a steaming tray (or steamer) and ferment until 1.5 times in size.
-
Bring water to a boil over high heat, steam over medium heat for 20 minutes, simmer for 3-5 minutes before uncovering the pot.
-
The color is attractive, fluffy and soft.

Unique shape, nutritious and delicious.
