Grilled sea cucumber with green onions
Overview
I bought sea cucumbers and planned to roast them with green onions. I needed some stock, but I was too lazy to stew them. I thought I had stewed pig's trotters soup, so I could just use some of it. Haha, the collagen was gathered together, and the soup was a bit thick, and it would still be juicy even if it wasn't thickened.
