Chinese people like to eat dumplings during all festivals. Let’s have a dumpling on Chinese Valentine’s Day too. It’s vegetarian, no meat, just a few scallops. I hope everyone will be healthy this year. Dumplings are very versatile, and you can eat whatever you like, including cabbage dumplings, leek dumplings, celery dumplings, corn dumplings, fungus dumplings, mushroom dumplings, vegetarian dumplings, meat dumplings, beef, pork, mutton, and chicken.
