Ingredients: Luffa.

Clam (washed).

Ginger slices.

Peel and clean the loofah, place on the chopping board and cut into hob pieces, set aside.

Put the clams into a pot of water, put in the ginger slices, add some cooking wine and bring to a boil.

Then, add the cut loofah, stir and bring to a boil.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence to taste.
