Prepare 1 sheet of seaweed.

Boil 2 eggs and reserve the yolks.

Let the cooked rice dry for a while, then mix 2 egg yolks, a little white vinegar, a little salt, and a little olive oil with the rice and set aside.

Cut the cucumber according to its size. Cut a triangular strip about the same thickness as the ham sausage and set aside.

Lay the bamboo skewer sushi roll flat, put the seaweed on top, put the rice evenly on the seaweed, place the cucumbers and ham sausage as shown in the picture, and roll it up with the bamboo skewer sushi roll.

Roll it up and press it slowly to form a triangular strip, so that it looks like petals.
