Curry Chicken Wings
Overview
I have always been particularly fond of the dish Curry Chicken, and I especially like its sauce. It is a great way to go with rice. However, there are many kinds of curry, including Hong Kong style, Thai style, Indonesian style, etc. Each taste is different. The Hong Kong style is closer to the taste of Cantonese people, but the purest one is Indonesian. It is fragrant and spicy, and the chicken pieces absorb the sauce, making it taste better.
