Tomato, chicken and wolfberry jelly

The weather changed a few hours after I bought the jelly. Yunnan’s rain-like autumn weather made the temperature slightly cooler. I wanted to eat it with jelly, but the coolness made my desire disappear. In this cool weather, eating a bowl of hot jelly makes people feel warmer. Rice jelly made from rice is best for cooking. Yesterday I fried chicken jelly in chicken wolfberry oil. It will be delicious when cooked in chicken wolfberry oil. As a snack, almost everyone here likes to eat jelly. It can be eaten cold in summer, boiled in soup or stir-fried with some vegetable seasonings in winter. In the slightly cold winter, a bowl of scalding jelly will eliminate the chill.

Cut the rice jelly into 2cm cubes.
