Cut the butter into cubes, soften it, and beat it lightly with an electric mixer.

Add caster sugar and salt to butter

Continue to beat until the color is slightly white and the volume increases.

Beat the eggs and add them to the butter in 3 batches. Stir each time until the egg liquid and butter are fully blended before adding the next batch.

The eggs and butter are completely combined to form a fine, smooth paste.

Mix the cake flour and baking powder and sift into the butter mixture.

Use a rubber spatula to fold the flour and butter mixture into a cake batter.

Pour onto a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and smooth slightly. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven at 160°C, middle layer, and heat up and down for 20 minutes until the surface of the cake is slightly colored.

After baking, take out the cake, cut off the corners, cut it into triangles, and spread rum grape jam between the two pieces.
