Sweet and Sour Spicy Cabbage
Overview
This is another vegetarian dish suitable for summer. Although there are chili peppers, it is not very spicy. If you like spicy food, you can add some dried chili peppers and fry it, but don’t get too angry in this hot summer.

Wash the cabbage and cut into shreds, not too thin.

Put the cabbage into a large basin, sprinkle with salt, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Remove the seeds from the red pepper and cut into strips, and cut the young ginger into strips.

When the cabbage becomes soft, take it out, rinse it with running water and squeeze out the water.

Heat oil in a pot, add peppercorns and sauté over low heat until fragrant. Remove and discard the peppercorns.

Add cabbage to the pot, stir-fry over high heat until the cabbage is cooked, add sugar and vinegar, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat immediately. If it's too bland, add a little more salt.

Take out the cabbage, add shredded ginger and red pepper, mix well, let cool and serve.
