Braised salted duck with soybeans

The salted duck marinated by yourself and the home-grown soybeans given by my mother taste really delicious.

Prepare ingredients.

Soak the soybeans in advance.

Soak the soybeans, cut the salted duck into pieces, cut the ginger, garlic and millet into pieces and set aside.

Preheat the oil in the pan, add the ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Put the salted duck into the pot and fry until the oil is released.

Add garlic and millet.

Pour in a spoonful of cooking wine.

Pour in a spoonful of light soy sauce, 1/3 dark soy sauce, 1/3 dark soy sauce, and 1/3 vinegar, and stir-fry until coloured.

Pour in 1 bowl of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Pour in the soybeans, simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, and then remove from the pot.
