Loofah and Meatball Soup
Overview
Luffa is rich in juice, sweet in taste and cool in nature. It enters the liver and stomach meridian and has the functions of clearing away heat and detoxifying, moisturizing and beautifying muscles, relaxing muscles and activating collaterals. Peel the loofah and cut into strips, mince the garlic

Crack the eggs into the minced meat, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and water starch, beat vigorously in one direction

Form into meatballs.

Put oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the loofah strips. After boiling again, reduce the heat to low. Put the prepared meatballs into the pot and cook together for about 5 minutes
