You can never get tired of eating eggs, whether fried, steamed or made into egg sauce! I’ve been obsessed with sweet and sour food recently, so I’m going to have a sweet and sour one! Quite delicious!

To adjust the sauce, prepare the sauce in the ingredient list, stir evenly, and set aside. If you don’t have xylitol, you can use white sugar.

Heat oil and fry eggs over medium heat.

You don’t need to fry them thoroughly, just tender ones, otherwise the eggs will get old after a while, so fry them one by one and serve them out.

There is no need to pour out the oil for frying eggs in the pot. Pour the prepared sauce into the pot. After it boils, turn to medium-low heat. Put the fried eggs in it and simmer until the flavor is gone. Leave a small amount of soup and turn off the heat.
