-
Wash the kelp and soak it in water until soft. The soybeans can be soaked in water or not. Wash the pig tails

Boil a small pot of water. When it boils, pour in the pig tails and blanch them until they change color. When the water boils, remove and rinse
-
Use a knife to scrape the skin of the pig tail, use tweezers to pluck out the pig hair, and then rinse it
-
Tear kelp into small pieces
-
Put all the ingredients into the pot, add enough water, bring to a boil and skim off the foam, then cover and simmer over low heat for 2-3 hours. I still transfer it to a purple clay pot and simmer
-
Just add appropriate amount of salt to taste before eating
-
You can replace the pig tail with pork ribs
