Vegetarian stir-fried green beans
Overview
A dish that must be ordered every time I go to a restaurant, the standard method is to fry the beans twice. I don’t like to eat meat and avoid deep-frying, but I finally got a taste that satisfies me 😉

Cut green beans into 3cm pieces

Heat a little more oil in a pan, add onion, garlic and dried chili and saute until fragrant

Pour in the green beans and stir-fry over high heat

Sprinkle in freshly ground Sichuan peppercorns

Stir-fry patiently for about 10 minutes, until the beans turn tiger skin color

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine and appropriate amount of salt, stir well and turn off the heat. Add a little chicken powder to taste
