A dish that must be ordered every time I go to a restaurant, the standard method is to fry the beans twice. I don’t like to eat meat and avoid deep-frying, but I finally got a taste that satisfies me 😉

  5. Stir-fry patiently for about 10 minutes, until the beans turn tiger skin color
