  1. A quarter of the cucumber was peeled off. It doesn’t taste very good if it’s not peeled. Minced garlic and minced chili pepper

  2. Put cucumbers in plastic bags and shoot them, so there won’t be cucumber seeds everywhere in the kitchen

  3. Pat and remove seeds, wash with cold water, add light soy sauce, vinegar, half a spoonful of sugar, oyster sauce, homemade chili oil, garlic powder, chili powder, sesame oil, stir well
