How to make cocoa cake

First, sift all the flour and set aside.

Just beat the whole egg mixture until scratches appear and they don't disappear immediately.

Add the flour sifted in the first step.

Stir evenly and add the heated milk.

Stir evenly and pour into the mold, then place it in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.

After baking, take it out, cut it into 4 parts, and brush a layer of sugar and wine liquid on top.

Whip the light cream until it is 70% hairy, and then apply it on one of the pieces.

Then add a piece on top, apply a layer of cream, and repeat.
