Stir-fried pork belly with garlic sprouts
Overview
When I was buying meat, I looked at the pork belly and got greedy. I bought a piece and kept it in the freezer for a few days. I originally wanted to fry fresh bamboo shoots today, but I thought it would take many days to eat one bamboo shoot and didn’t want to buy it. The bamboo shoots I bought had old roots and I couldn’t handle them well, so I fried garlic sprouts instead.

-
Wash the garlic sprouts, tear in half and cut into sections. It tastes better if you tear it, it doesn’t matter if you don’t tear it

Boil water in a pot, put the pork belly in and cook slowly, remember to pat some ginger in.

When the pork belly is cooked thoroughly or cooked for a longer time, take it out and cut it into pieces. Don't throw away the water used to cook the meat, you can use it to make soup.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger.

Add pork belly and stir-fry.

Fry until the pork belly is oily and slightly browned.
-
Pour in garlic sprouts.
